We offer individual and couples therapy that focuses on getting to the root of your challenges, suffering and stuckness. Our process focuses on creating a compassionate relational space that fosters curiosity and acceptance of all parts of you. Through the attuned therapeutic relationship that we develop, we come alongside you to guide you toward healing, wholeness and confidence. 

 

At Thrivespace, we want to guide you toward lasting change and healing. We work from a relational psychodynamic framework, an evidenced based approach that focuses on the healing nature of an authentic and attuning relationship. 

what to expect

You'll meet with Dr. Lauren Richardson at our office in Newport Beach, California for weekly therapy sessions and judgement-free discussion. We’ll seek to explore, understand, heal and integrate all parts of you. This work is done within the compassionate and secure therapeutic relationship, which we believe is the key to a successful therapy experience.

 

Finding a therapist you feel you “click” with is key. Therapy can often bring discomfort before relief and healing as you share and get curious about parts of yourself, your relationships and your past. It is important that you find security and trust with your therapist as you navigate this process. We seek to create a safe space as you dig into the roots, find meaning, and thrive.
